Being a mom is a beautiful rollercoaster ride. Your heart is full, but so is your plate. Juggling life with kiddos can feel so much harder when you are running on empty. You want to be energized to play with kids, cook dinner, run errands, connect with your friends, succeed at work and enjoy your favorite hobbies, BUT you are gassed! You are not alone.
I have worked with many moms over the years that are burnt out. For the last 8 years, I worked primarily with moms who struggle with gut issues like IBS. While low energy was not the main complaint, the diet and lifestyle strategies that I recommended would significantly improve fatigue and fog for my tired mom patients. Over the years, I have grown more and more confident and skilled at boosting my patients energy levels. The good news is that many of my patient’s energy wins are achieved from minor tweaks, not major overhauls.
After years of perfecting energy boosting strategies with my IBS patients, I wanted to share these strategies with a crowd that NEEDS and DESERVES a boost: busy moms. I have developed my Fully Charged mom program for tired moms ready to make small steps to gain BIG MOM ENERGY.
I want to help you develop sustainable habits that have proven results. You don’t need 5am boot camps or strict diets (In fact—many extreme practices end up zapping your limited energy). You just need to be doing “good enough” in a few key areas to replete your tank!

Watch a short module each week. Because you are a busy mom, I will keep each module between 15-30 minutes long. You don't need a long lecture. These will go straight to the point so you can start powering up right away. The modules will available on the go via the Kajabi app.

The program includes a Fully Charged Road Map that helps you reflect on the modules, target your needs and set goals. This tool will also help you isolate barriers or questions that can be discussed during the Q and A calls each week.

Each week, I will guide a ZOOM call with all the moms in your group. Groups will be limited to 8-10 people. These classes are a great way to connect with the group, ask questions, receive accountability for goals and have fun. Let's celebrate our wins and problem solve our challenges together!

Put the modules into practice. You don't have to be perfect. You just have to do enough to start putting gas back in your tank. Small changes can lead to big wins!
My philosophy on health and wellness is rooted in self-compassion. You deserve to feel your best and to be your best for others around you. I also am here to support you where you are in your journey. I am not the food police or Judge Judy—I accept where you are at and want to push you forward.
As a recovering perfectionist, I will also strive to model a “good enough” mentality in this program. Striving for perfection will burn you out, zap your energy and prevent progress. I want you implementing small changes that you are confident that you can maintain. Hitting health goals and charging up your battery can be messy. But, the key is to show up anyway.
I want this program to be fun! Health and wellness doesn’t have to be stuffy, boring and intense! The Fully Charged Mom program aims to be like a book club but for your health goals. Let’s charge up and laugh together!

The group program is a great place to start! Throughout the program, there will be lots of opportunities to receive more direct coaching from me. During the Q and As, I will help you break through personal barriers and modify program materials to better fit into your life.
If you would prefer working in a one on one setting, you can always do some sessions with me after the program.
You are a busy mom! There could be some Q and A's that you can not make. This is ok. I don't expect you to make all 12 Q and A calls. However, I would like you to try and come to at least 6 of them.
I will have two different Q and A times each week. Hopefully this gives you a couple options to see what works best in your schedule.
The program will not be directly focused on weight loss. However, if this is a goal, I can help to modify some of the recommendations to help encourage weight loss without compromising your energy. Many weight loss plans are very depleting. I would encourage options that are sustainable and that keep your tank full.
Most doctors fail to run comprehensive blood work to rule out causes of fatigue.
The program will highly recommend comprehensive blood work that can help rule out nutritional deficiency, hormonal imbalances and metabolic reasons for low energy.
You can provide the list of recommended labs to your doctor OR you can Amy can order labs directly for you and help you interpret the data. Usually direct lab orders recommended by Amy are $100-200 depending on the panel. These panels are cash pay (not run through insurance) and performed through Quest Diagnostics.
If you try out the program for the first 2 weeks and it is not a good fit, I can refund you for the payment that you have made so far with no questions asked.
Absolutely! The strategies in this program are not exclusive for moms. Implementing this program as a non-mom will boost energy too.
I have designed this program with moms in mind who have limited capacity, but want to make small changes to better their health. But, anyone is welcome to join if this program appeals to you.
There is no one size fits all supplement protocol for this program. Supplements will be discussed in the program and recommended for certain situations. I believe in a "less is more" philosophy for supplements, so I try to recommend them wisely and for structured periods of time.
That being said--supplements are optional and are not required to take during the program.
